In Tanzania’s underserved regions, accessing essential medical care is often a challenge, leaving countless people without the support they need to heal. At Dodoma Regional Referral Hospital, our mission is to bridge this gap by bringing life-saving healthcare services to those who would otherwise go without.
During our recent visit to Dodoma Regional Referral Hospital, our medical team provided critical care to 20 patients in just three days. Among them, five patients required major surgeries, and seven others needed minor procedures, all of which were conducted with the utmost care and compassion. One of these patients was Grace, a 9-year-old girl who has already faced more hardship than most will in a lifetime. Diagnosed with a minor palatal salivary gland malignancy, Grace was abandoned by her father when he learned of her condition. Thankfully, her grandparents brought her to our camp, where she received a successful surgery to remove the tumour. Grace’s story is a reminder of the transformative power of accessible healthcare—it’s about offering not just medical care but a second chance and renewed hope for a brighter future.
The aim of our foundation is to alleviate poverty among underprivileged residents
of Tanzania, enabling them to lead full, meaningful, and dignified lives.
